Festool CTMC SYS I-Basic is an 18V cordless M-Class dust extractor in compact Systainer format, running on two 18V battery packs (36V total) for corded-equivalent suction power. The CTMC SYS I is the only fully cordless option in the Festool CLEANTEC range, designed for extraction where there is no mains power or where trailing leads are impractical — roof spaces, renovation sites, outdoor work, and second-fix carpentry. Pair it with any Festool 18V cordless tool for a completely cable-free dust extraction setup. The 4.5L capacity means more frequent emptying than the corded models, so it suits shorter tasks and detail work rather than all-day sanding. For sustained workshop extraction, choose the corded CTM MIDI (576740) or CTM 36 (576741) instead.
