When to Use This Set
The Sutton 5-piece Ezy-Out set (M603S15) is the everyday kit for snapped or stripped fasteners. Centre-punch and drill a pilot hole, pick the matching extractor, drive it in and reverse it out anticlockwise. Need the matching drills too? See the 10-piece set in the table below.
Pro Tip: Keep the pilot drill centred and sized to the chart for each extractor — an off-centre hole thins one wall of the broken fastener and the extractor spins. Soak seized studs in penetrating oil first.
