When to Use This Tow Ball
The R1830 is a universal 50mm tow ball suitable for most towing applications in Australia. Check your vehicle’s towing capacity before selecting a trailer — the 3.5 tonne rating is the tow ball limit, but your vehicle may have a lower towing capacity. Protect the chrome surface when not towing with a R1856 tow ball cover to prevent corrosion and keep the coupling clean.
