When to Use This Burr
Choose the SG-1DC (1/4″ head) for die work, mould cavities, and accessing sharp internal corners. The pointed tip reaches into tight V-grooves and acute angles that radius-end burrs cannot access. The 1/4″ size is suited for fine detail work and tight clearances. Use with a 1/4″ collet die grinder at speeds up to 66,000 RPM — reduce speed for larger diameters and harder materials for best results.
