When to Use This Burr
Choose the SG-3DC (3/8″ head) for die work, mould cavities, and accessing sharp internal corners. The pointed tip reaches into tight V-grooves and acute angles that radius-end burrs cannot access. The 3/8″ size is suited for medium-duty shaping and edge preparation. Use with a 1/4″ collet die grinder at speeds up to 66,000 RPM — reduce speed for larger diameters and harder materials for best results.
