When to Use This Bit
The TLM 14 (12/32 NEF thread) suits Stanley and Porter Cable brand mortising machines with the standard 12/32 NEF arbor thread. If your machine uses a 1/4″ UNF thread arbor, use the TLM 14 UNF instead. Extension arbors TA22 and TA24 are available separately if a deeper reach is required. For general router table mortising, the T 1624 1/2 hinge mortice series offers a 1/2″ shank option.
