The Festool 496306 saw blade is purpose-built for cutting aluminium panels, profiles, plastics and non-ferrous metals on the TS 55 and TS 55 R plunge saws. The 52-tooth trapezoidal/flat geometry with a negative chip angle produces clean, burr-free cuts without grabbing or climbing in soft metals.

When to Use This Blade
Choose the 496306 TF52 blade for any cut in aluminium, copper, brass, acrylic, PVC, twin-wall polycarbonate or similar non-ferrous and plastic materials. The negative chip angle prevents the blade from self-feeding into the workpiece, which is critical for safe cutting in soft metals. For wood cross-cuts, switch to the 491952 W48. For laminate and HPL, use the 496308 TF48.
