The Festool 491952 fine-tooth blade delivers clean, splinter-free cross-cuts in solid wood, veneered panels and coated boards on the TS 55 and TS 55 R plunge saws. The 48 alternating teeth with a low 5° chip angle slice cleanly through wood fibres with minimal tear-out.

For fast rip cuts in framing timber, the 496301 PW12 removes material faster. For a general all-rounder that handles both rip and cross cuts, consider the 496302 W28.
