The Festool 494607 aluminium saw blade is designed for the KS 120 and KS 88 slide compound mitre saws. The 68-tooth trapezoidal/flat geometry with negative chip angle delivers clean, burr-free cuts in aluminium profiles, panels and hard plastics without grabbing or climbing.

When to Use This Blade
Choose the 494607 TF68 for cutting aluminium extrusions, aluminium composite panels, copper, brass, acrylic glass, PVC profiles, twin-wall polycarbonate, HPL and fibre-reinforced plastics on the KS 120 or KS 88 mitre saws. The negative chip angle is essential for safe cutting in soft metals. For fine cross-cuts in solid wood on the same saws, use the 494604 W60 or 494605 W80 instead.
