When to Use This Burr
Choose the SB-2DC (5/16″ head) for flat-bottom slots, keyways, and surfaces where both side and end cutting are needed. The flat end face allows plunge cutting into workpieces. Use with a 1/4″ collet die grinder at speeds up to 66,000 RPM — reduce speed for larger diameters and harder materials for best results.
