The DHR282ZJ is the mid-range cordless SDS Plus hammer for trades who need more power than a single-battery 18V model but do not need the SDS Max class. Its 2.8 J output and 28 mm capacity handle M16 anchors and larger fixings that single-battery hammers struggle with. The AVT and AWS features make it the most comfortable and compliant option in the dual-battery range. Use the same LXT 18V batteries you already own — just two at once. For lighter work up to 24 mm, the single-battery DHR242Z is sufficient and lighter. Includes a MakPac carry case.
