When to Use This Accessory
The SVS-50 is the go-to jig for woodturners sharpening skew chisels, parting tools and roughing gouges. If you turn on a lathe, this jig handles most of the tools the SVD-186R Gouge Jig does not cover. For bowl and spindle gouges, use the SVD-186R instead.
