Reduced-shank drills extend the capacity of any 13mm drill chuck — the cutting tip is large diameter (16-25mm) but the shank is turned down to 12.5mm so it fits a standard chuck. HSS-Blue construction with a 118° standard point, designed for low-RPM (350 RPM or less) heavy bore work.
