The Metabo SRE 4351 TurboTec is a 350W 1/2-sheet orbital sander with TurboBoost and Variospeed electronics. A 112 × 230mm base plate, 2.2mm orbit and 8,400–22,000 rpm range cover everything from fast stock removal to fine finishing on large flat surfaces.

When to Use This Orbital Sander
Reach for the SRE 4351 on large flat work — table tops, doors, panels and floors — where a 1/2-sheet pad finishes faster than a palm sander. TurboBoost handles heavy stock removal while Variospeed dials back for a fine finish. For smaller or curved work use the 1/4-sheet FSR 200 or FMS 200, and for swirl-free finishing choose a random-orbit SXE model.
Pro Tip: Engage TurboBoost only for aggressive levelling, then switch it off and drop the speed for the final passes — the lower orbit frequency leaves a finer scratch pattern ready for finishing.
