When to Use This Sander
Choose the FMS 200 Intec when the job is detail and access — corners, slats, profiles and edges where a random orbit or sheet sander simply won’t fit. For broad flat surfaces, step up to a sheet sander like the FSR 200 or a random orbit sander such as the FSX 200 or SXE 450; the FMS delta is purpose-built for the fiddly finishing work those tools can’t reach.
Pro Tip: The triangular pad wears fastest at the front tip — most hook-and-loop delta pads can be rotated or the tip-only replacement triangle fitted, so you get full pad life instead of binning a sheet that’s only worn at the point.
