The Holemaker AT5050 annular (broaching) cutter bores clean, burr-free 50mm holes up to 50mm deep in steel on any magnetic base drill. Its titanium-nitride-coated M2 high-speed-steel body and fully ground internal relief cut fast with low torque, making short work of plate, beam and structural steel.

When to Use This Cutter
Choose the AT5050 when you need accurate 50mm-diameter holes through steel up to 50mm thick on a mag drill — structural connections, base plates, gussets and general fabrication. Annular cutters remove only a ring of material, so they cut faster and with far less effort than a twist drill of the same size. Run the matching pilot pin and cutting fluid for best tool life.
