The SC-60 is Tormek’s jig for sharpening most types of scissors and shears, from everyday kitchen scissors to heavy-duty hedge shears. A simple 60° quick-setting, secure clamping and a hexagonally patterned low-friction support plate deliver fast, precise and repeatable edges. It replaces the discontinued SVX-150 Scissors Jig and fits the Tormek T-8, T-4 and T-2 Pro.

When to Use This Accessory
Reach for the SC-60 whenever scissors or shears stop cutting cleanly — household, garden, craft and trade scissors are all handled with ease. It is not recommended for hairdressing scissors, and unconventional edges such as pinking or wavy shears may have limitations. On the T-2 Pro it sharpens blades up to 120 mm (4.7″) measured from the pivot to the tip; longer scissors can be sharpened by separating the blades.
