• Hardened & tempered steel adjustment nut — the steel nut wears far slower than the aluminium body, keeping the jaw adjustment smooth and accurate.
• Spring-loaded jaw — the jaw stays open until pressure is applied, so the wrench drops onto the pipe and self-tightens as you pull, then releases for fast repositioning.
