This push-in male elbow turns 10mm OD air tube through 90° onto a 1/4″ BSP male threaded port. The tube pushes into the collet by hand for an instant tool-free seal, letting you route air neatly around corners and into tight spaces on tools, cylinders and manifolds.

- 90° turn — takes the 10mm tube around a right angle so the line can run hard up against a wall, frame or machine without a sharp tube bend.
- One-touch push-in — the 10mm tube pushes into the collet and locks instantly — no spanners or clamps on the tube side.
- 1/4″ BSP male thread — screws into a matching female port; PTFE-tape the thread for a leak-free seal under pressure.
- Swivel routing — the elbow body lets the tube be angled to suit, then locks once the tube is seated.
When to Use This Fitting
Use part 20-M005-1004 where 10mm air tube needs to turn 90° onto a 1/4″ BSP male port in a tight spot — at a cylinder, valve or tool inlet. PTFE-tape the male thread, screw it home, then push the tube fully into the collet.
