When you submit our contact form, the information you share is available for viewing by Alltools Geelong staff so we can respond to your enquiry.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Your rights over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold, except data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. Both Administrators and Shop Managers can access order information (what was purchased, when, and where it should be sent) and customer information (name, email address, and billing and shipping information) to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you — such as Stripe, Mailchimp and Google Analytics.

Payments

We accept payments through WooCommerce and PayPal. Some of your data will be passed to these providers, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. See the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.
