Alltools Geelong is your local RIDGID pipe wrench specialist, supplying the plumbing, gas-fitting and industrial trades with rugged American-built pipe-turning tools. With eleven RIDGID products in store and online, our range is led by heavy-duty Steel Pipe Wrenches and lightweight Aluminium Pipe Wrenches, backed by a selection of Specialty Wrenches for plumbers and maintenance fitters across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast.

RIDGID is the name tradespeople reach for when a joint will not budge. Our steel pipe wrenches run from 14 inch through to a serious 36 inch for large-bore work, while the 184-series aluminium and aluminium pipe wrenches cut carrying weight without giving up grip. For the awkward jobs we also stock the C24 chain wrench for oversized or irregular pipe, the E110 offset hex wrench for tight headers, and a strap wrench for polished or plated fittings you do not want to mark. Talk to our team at Torquay, Ocean Grove or Lara jobsites or in store for help matching jaw capacity to your pipe size.

Visit our Geelong store at 124 Fyans Street, South Geelong for hands-on advice, or browse our RIDGID range online with delivery across eastern and southern Australia. Trade accounts welcome.

RIDGID FAQs

What size RIDGID pipe wrench do I need?

Pick the wrench by the pipe diameter you work on most. Our heavy-duty steel pipe wrenches range from 14 inch up to 36 inch, and a larger wrench gives more leverage on stubborn joints. If you work across a range of pipe sizes, plumbers often carry two sizes rather than one in-between length.

Should I choose an aluminium or steel RIDGID pipe wrench?

Steel pipe wrenches are the toughest choice for heavy industrial and underground work. Aluminium pipe wrenches weigh roughly a third less, which makes them far easier to carry up ladders and use overhead all day, while still delivering RIDGID's hardened jaw bite.

What is the RIDGID chain wrench used for?

The C24 chain wrench wraps a length of chain around the pipe instead of using fixed jaws, so it grips very large or irregular pipe that a standard pipe wrench cannot fit around. It is a go-to for oversized fittings and tight runs.

Does Alltools Geelong stock RIDGID specialty wrenches?

Yes. Alongside standard pipe wrenches we carry RIDGID specialty wrenches including the E110 offset hex wrench for confined spaces and a strap wrench for turning polished or chromed fittings without marring the surface. Ask in store if you need a specific tool.
