This brass reducing bush steps a 1/4″ BSP male thread down to a 1/8″ BSP female port, letting you connect air tools, hoses and fittings of different thread sizes in a compressed-air line. It is a tapered BSP brass fitting suited to workshop air reticulation, compressor outlets and pneumatic tool plumbing.

When to Use This Reducer
Reach for part 0124-0402 when an air outlet, manifold or tool has a 1/4″ male thread but the fitting, coupler or hose tail you are connecting is 1/8″. It is the simplest way to bridge the two sizes in a compressed-air line. Wrap the male thread with PTFE tape before fitting for a clean, leak-free seal.
