This solid brass hex plug blanks off an unused 1/4″ BSPT female port in a compressed-air line, manifold or air tool. The male tapered thread seals the opening so air pressure is held without leaks.

When to Use This Plug
Reach for part 0164S-04 when a 1/4″ BSPT female port on a manifold, regulator or tool is not in use and needs sealing. The solid hex plug screws in and blanks it off. Wrap the thread with PTFE tape before fitting for a clean, leak-free seal.
