This brass adaptor converts a 1/4″ BSPT (British taper) male thread to a 1/4″ NPT (American taper) male thread, letting you connect imported NPT-threaded air tools and fittings into a standard BSP air line. It is the bridge between the two taper thread standards for compressed-air lines, compressor outlets and pneumatic tool plumbing.

When to Use This Adaptor
Reach for part 0327-04N04 when an imported tool or fitting is cut to 1/4″ NPT but your air line runs 1/4″ BSP — this adaptor mates the two taper standards so they seal correctly. Wrap the male threads with PTFE tape before fitting for a clean, leak-free seal.
