When to Use This Filter
Install the 496169 wet filter whenever you need to vacuum water, wet sawdust, or liquid spills with your CT 26, CT 36, or CT 48 extractor. Remove the standard main filter first — never use both together. After wet extraction, remove the wet filter, rinse it clean, and allow it to dry completely before storing. Reinstall the standard main filter for normal dry dust extraction. For the smaller CT 17, use the 769135 wet filter instead.
