The Alpha HSF22 is a 22mm fine tooth bi-metal holesaw built for fast, burr-free sheet metal cutting up to 3mm thick. Its variable 8/12 tooth pitch and TiN-coated self-centring pilot drill cut cleanly in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic, and the 1/4″ hex shank drops straight into a cordless impact driver or drill.

When to Use This Holesaw
Choose the Alpha HSF22 for clean 22mm holes in thin steel, stainless, aluminium or plastic up to 3mm thick — ideal for electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades cutting cable, conduit and fitting holes on site. The 1/4″ hex shank and plug-ejection spring make it well suited to repetitive hole cutting with a cordless impact driver. For thicker steel or deeper cuts, step up to the Alpha TCT hole cutter range.
