Kincrome K3522 imperial combination spanner (9/16″) with a 15° offset 12-point ring at one end and a matching open jaw at the other. Forged from chrome vanadium steel, hardened, tempered and mirror polished, it tests 80% above the ASME standard for everyday automotive and workshop fastening.
