T&E Tools TS1213M double-ended tube (box) spanner (12x13mm) is made from heavy-gauge drawn seamless tubing with a satin chrome finish and a cross-drilled hole for a tommy bar. The hollow ends reach recessed nuts and pass over long studs that a ring or socket cannot.
