The Carbitool TB10 is a replacement ball bearing with a 3/8″ OD and 5/32″ ID bore. Suits Carbitool profile and flush trim bits where a 3/8″ OD x 5/32″ ID bearing is fitted. Note the different bore from the TB9 despite the same OD — verify ID before ordering.

When to Use This Bearing
The TB10 shares the same 3/8″ OD as the TB9 but has a wider 5/32″ bore — verify your bit’s bearing ID before ordering. Fitting a replacement TB10 when the existing bearing wears restores accurate guidance without replacing the full bit assembly.
Pro Tip: After routing in resin-heavy timbers or materials with adhesive, clean bearings immediately in acetone or glue solvent — dried glue in the bearing race is the most common cause of premature bearing failure. A drop of light machine oil after cleaning keeps it spinning freely.
