When to Use This Bit
Choose the TC12B 1/2 for classical-style moulding on furniture, cabinet doors, architrave and panelling. The height-adjustable profile and bearing options give you top-bead-only, bottom-bead-only, or full classical cove-and-bead — up to three distinct profiles from one bit. Pro Tip: Run the TB9 bearing for the full classical form including the bottom bead. Swap to TB11 to remove the bottom bead and produce a simpler cove profile — useful when making matching panel door components.
