Sutton P&N Workshop 165611285 is a #30 (3.26 mm) double-ended panel drill, HSS with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating for up to 3× longer life. 135° self-centring tip and 54 mm overall — built for high-volume drilling of 1/8″ pop-rivet holes in flat and curved sheet panels. Two cutting tips per drill for extended life on long sheet-metal runs.

When to Use This Drill
Choose Sutton P&N 165611285 when you’re drilling long runs of #30 rivet holes and want the extra tool life that TiN coating gives you over plain bright-finish HSS. Best for repetition work in workshops doing automotive, trailer, RV or sheet-metal fabrication. For one-off jobs the bright-finish D122 Silver Bullet is more economical; step up to TiN when volume justifies the cost.
Pro Tip: TiN coating works best with a lighter feed pressure than bare HSS — let the coating do the cutting. Push too hard and you’ll break through the coating prematurely on the first dozen holes; light, steady pressure at moderate speed (around 2000 rpm in steel sheet) is what gets you the 3× life.
