When to Use This Backing Pad
Choose the super-soft pad (202459) for sanding contoured work — curved panels, beading, mouldings and profiles where the pad needs to wrap around the shape. It is also the best choice for between-coat sanding on shaped furniture parts. For flat-panel work, the soft (202458) is more appropriate. For edge work, use the hard (202460).
