When to Use This Torque Wrench
Reach for the 324500 when you need repeatable, certified torque on a 3/4″ drive — head bolts, suspension, driveline and general fastening within the 60–400 Nm (50–300 ft-lb) range. Because the deflecting beam has no internal spring to relax, it does not need to be wound back after use.
Pro Tip: Apply load smoothly and watch the beam pointer — stop the instant the signal trips. There is no need to dial the setting back to zero for storage on a deflecting beam wrench.
