The Accud AC-914-100-20 is a 200mm long feeler gauge with 20 stainless-steel blades spanning 0.05mm to 1.00mm in 0.05mm steps. When to Use the AC-914-100-20
Reach for the AC-914-100-20 when standard 200mm feeler gauge is what the job calls for — valve clearance on larger engines, machine slide-way fits where the gap sits deep inside the machine, or precision spindle setup where shorter blades can’t span to the contact faces. For shallower gaps see the AC-913 (150mm); for deeper still, the AC-915 (300mm).
Pro Tip: The right blade slides into the gap with a light drag — not loose, not forced. If it won’t enter, step down one blade and try again; if it slides freely with no drag, step up. Stacking two blades is acceptable when the exact size isn’t in the set, but one blade is always more reliable than a stack.
