When to Use This Track Saw
The DSP600ZJ replaces a corded track saw for on-site kitchen installations, built-in cabinetry, and any straight-line cutting of sheet goods where a table saw is impractical. Use it with a Makita guide rail (sold separately) for dead-straight, splinter-free cuts in melamine, plywood, MDF, and solid timber benchtops. The dual 18V battery system means no mains power needed — ideal for new builds before power is connected and renovation sites with limited outlets.
