The Intech LTBB1/8 is a precision boring bar machined from high-grade steel and designed to accept standard 1/8″ HSS or carbide toolbits. The dual-end design — 90° on one face, 45° on the other — covers most internal turning approaches without changing tools. Supplied with a hex key for toolbit clamping and length adjustment.

When to Use This Boring Bar
Reach for the LTBB1/8 when you need to enlarge an existing drilled hole, true up an internal bore, or cut an internal chamfer on a lathe. The 1/8″ toolbit size suits hobbyist and trade lathes — choose a smaller bar for fine internal work in tight bores and a larger bar for stiffness on deeper or heavier cuts.
