When to Use This Bit
The T 1805 MS is a workhorse routing bit for dadoes, housings, rebates, grooves and through-cuts across hardwood, softwood, MDF and sheet goods. Use in conjunction with standard-length bits (R503): switch to the long series only where extra reach is needed to maintain maximum rigidity.For superior edge finish in production work, consider upgrading to the TSRW/TSLW spiral series.
