The Intech MTSPGM24 is a fold-out metric screw-pitch gauge covering the full 0.25mm to 6.0mm ISO pitch range. Each of the 24 tool-steel blades is clearly stamped with its pitch, so you can quickly identify the thread on any metric bolt, nut or tapped hole by matching the blade to the thread profile.

When to Use the MTSPGM24
Use the MTSPGM24 when you need to identify the pitch of a metric thread — a stripped bolt on a machine, a mystery fastener in a parts bin, or a tapped hole you need to match a screw to. This metric gauge covers only ISO metric pitches; for UNC/UNF/BSW/Whitworth threads, use the MTSPGW28 imperial gauge or a combined metric+imperial gauge instead.
Pro Tip: If the blade teeth don’t seat cleanly into the thread root, the thread is probably damaged — check the crest of the blade teeth against the flank profile. A blade that rocks on the thread means you’ve picked the wrong pitch; the correct blade nests without movement.
