The Carbitool T7506B is a 2-flute carbide-tipped ogee bit with ball bearing guide. Produces a classic S-curve ogee edge profile widely used on table and mantle edges, cabinet doors and furniture moulding. 3/16" radius. 1/4" shank. Fit TB9 bearing to add a 1/16" edge bead.

- Classic S-curve ogee profile — produces the traditional ogee edge form used across furniture, cabinet doors, table tops and architectural mouldings.
- Ball bearing guide — tracks against the workpiece for consistent depth without a fence; handles curved and irregular edges.
- Convertible to beading — replace the standard TB11 bearing with a TB9 to expose the bottom corner and add a 1/16" edge bead to the profile.
- Height-adjustable profile — raise or lower the bit to include or exclude the top bead for profile variety without a bit change.
- 2-flute carbide-tipped construction — consistent finish and long tool life across hardwoods and softwoods.
When to Use This Bit
The T7506B delivers the classic ogee S-curve form used widely on table edges, mantle pieces, cabinet door stiles, and furniture moulding. Use the height adjuster to selectively include or exclude the top bead; fit a TB9 bearing to add a 1/16" lower bead. The R662–R664 series offers three cutting diameters to suit different moulding scales.
Pro Tip: Run two passes at different heights to build up a compound moulding profile combining the ogee with a shoulder — no second bit needed.
