The EWM-75 heavy duty English Wheel is designed to allow craftsmen to form smooth curves from flat sheets of metal. They are mainly used for car, motorcycle, aviation or restoration projects where sheet metal panels need to have compound curves formed. It is operated by passing the material between the upper wheel and lower anvil with the material become thinner while stretching to form a convex surface over the lower anvil. This heavy-duty steel fabricated frame allows for a capacity of 1.6mm for mild steel and 2.0mm for Copper and Aluminium with the large 711mm throat giving you ample room for large panels. The new & improved anvil holder now features a quick release function to easily return to the same position when removing the workpiece.
