When to Use This Set
Use the smallest bar that comfortably reaches the bore depth — the larger bars (12mm, 16mm) deflect less and give better surface finish on production work, while the 8mm bar is the only practical choice for bores under 12mm diameter. Bars ship with one carbide insert each; reorder a 10-pack of CCMT inserts to keep the set going.
